this song reminds me of my godmother who alwasys had a temptations record on hi-fi record player....She would play a Tempt song and begin to snap her fingers....She could make her fingers snap loud and I learned how to do mine like hers....R.I.P. Momma Dee-Dee!

so dotdayum true!! beauty is only skin deep, i appreciate character more than looks anyday. Character,self respect, honesty, dignity, love,kindness, and purity is far more important than looks, after all you gotta learn to live with the person, you cant live with their looks. but god blessed me with a woman that got both. (good looks and character) even if she was ugly i would love her unconditionally still because she have character. in time we all will see whats necessary and whats not

David Ruffin should have never been ousted from the temps. he was the voice. Sad how he was found slain on the streets of Detroit after going on a Cocaine binder. I don't think he knew he deserved better for himself but after the temps kicked him out of the group he spiraled rapidly into his addiction. I just love hearing his voice. It's really sad to think of what became of many of these great Motown artists. Thankfully many of them still grace us today with their talent.
