I think she was cute before. And she looks really beautiful now. But I can't help but wonder why she was so bothered by what other people said about her. She often said people made fun of her chin and her small breasts. Plastic surgery, if done at all, should be done for yourself. Not to shut other people up. And doing so many in one day sounds a little scary. But in the end, it's her body and her decision.

I have to agree that she does look really good, except for the boobs which are just too huge for her body but if she likes them then it's good. When the last season of The Hills aired she looks very different, her face was probably still swollen but i think she looks a lot better then when the last season started. I do have to say that she looked beautiful and natural before everything but i fully agree that she looks beautiful like this too. Again except for the boobs. Let het be happy :D
