don't do Atkins, the only way to lose weight for life is to introduce raw foods into your eating, if you done that along with your exercises then you would lose a lot of weight, for life !

This is not a negative comment, but just wanted to let you know. You more than likely did not burn 900 calories, in fact I'm sure of it. About a week ago I walked 10 miles on the treadmill, yes literally, and I burned 1300 calories, it kept track, and tunes it to your weight and I weigh more than you do, so I burn more.

Wow congratulations. I hope you had the best wedding. I know I'm two years late, but still! And I know by now you have reached your destination. I'm barely starting my own trip too. I went from 170 to 210, so I'm trying to go back down. Oh this happened in five months, scary I know. Thats what happens when an athlete stops working out.
