Our Rollie was the same way, eager to be friends with our two cats. From the cats' point of view, they see this much larger white, barking mass and will naturally be scared and then defensive. When they scratch, sometimes the cats will strike his nose (instead of masses of fur), and the samoyed will get annoyed and turn it up. Quickly, our cats learned to seek higher ground when Rollie came around. In the end, they didn't mind them as long he didn't seek to jump on them or bark too loud.

I grew up with Sammy's!! I lost my Sammy when he was 13. This video makes me think of my Barron. My cat looks just like yours and doesn't like any other animal or person for that matter. So atfer viewing this vidoe I have concluded they would not have got along!!! lol ! Thanks for the video's!!!! Sammy's are the best!!! VERY smart, caring and they just want to be with their people!

Omg he is huge now, I have a 12 week old Samoyed called Koda, I'm going to put vid's up of her like you have with Jasper (I thought It was a brilliant Idea so i've copied) I can't bear to think of her as a grown up!
