Winter time Colling computer at 0°C - Intel Burn test max stress level

I was kinda bored and tryed to see how much °C would i get if i put my computer on window shelf... and it was in idle core 0: 3°C and core1: -3°C meanwhile, when computer was on my desk inside it was core0: 23°C and core 1: 18-19 °C with zalman cnps max 990 cpu fan :) by the way sory for sorry for the problems with the camera and blurring.

Computer specs:

Case: Aerocool sixth element (white)
Motherboard: Gigabyte P55-usb3
Processor: Intel core i3 3,2 Ghz Clarkdale
Ram: Patriot 4gb (2x2 Gb kit) 1333 Mhz
Graphics card: Gigabyte Radeon HD 6670 1Gb Gddr5
