COUNTRY ROAD - A DOCUMENTARY

When a young German musician and documentary filmmaker goes back to America, to the country where he once lived as a child, this is what happens:

a road movie between Los Angeles and New York, heartwarming encounters with musicians and people of all sorts, spontaneous musik-making, story-telling, hair-cutting, talking, cooking, harvesting, praying..., driving and staying, getting lost and getting invited, retracing childhood steps and musical tastes, American dreams, and realities.
