My boyfriend has work, grad school and co-op. He rarely sleeps he is so busy and yet he somehow always finds time for us. If a partner does not make time for their sweet heart then they don't care and you should get out before you waste anymore time or energy.

this is terrible advice, in that context, yes he probably wasn't into her because he's awol(awol being gone for like 1 week to a month or more), but over all, if he doesn't call that day or answer your texts, it doesn't mean he's not into you, he just has other shit to do, helping out his family, working, maybe he is having trouble sleeping at night so he's not on during the day when you're on
