Old White Republicans don't want black republicans because of the fear the old lady had at the end. The Democrats will do everything to keep the blacks in their pocket, but never enough to enhance their social mobility because the wealthier one gets, the more likely they move toward the Republican Party. I for one believe the GOP should have a massive all out grassroots campaign in urban areas, just to prove White Republicans aren't afraid to go into black communities to help them.

@TheFederalistVoice Not sure what you mean by your first sentence, but we would sure like to see what you wrote in your last sentence actually happen. There are lots of opportunities in urban areas for the Republican Party. It won't happen in 1 election, but 2,3,4... and there you go. No more one-party rule. Thanks for checking out our trailer. @FOABRAdministrator The point of the first sentence is the unfortunate reality that some Republicans, generally the elder white folk have a fear (imo) that if blacks join the GOP, they'll be displaced. It's just the human psyche. I truly believe the GOP should devout a lot of resources in urban campaigns, even if it only produces 20-25% of the vote. Just as you said, start now, and in 20 years the GOP has made the urban centers competitive again, if not winnable for the Republicans.

Actually, she was referring to the GOP kicking her and others out of the Party for being so honest and criticizing their efforts in urban areas and in particular, their lack of support and resources for African American candidates. But given that is a short line in the trailer, it could be seen as meaning something else. @MBT1981 Sorry, just realized that we didn't answer your original question. We aren't on Netflix yet as it is not profitable for a film like ours to be there. Netflix only buys a small number of copies and the indie filmmaker who does this severely limits their possibility of ever making their money back. We'll likely do Netflix much further down the line after we've paid all the bills (we self-produced our film as no producer we met would finance it, as it is non-partisan). Thanks for asking.
