I used to do that when I was a kid.... Then one time my dad pulled over and threaten to give me a spanking if i did it again. I didnt. No cops or judges needed thank you.

Seat belt laws have on purpose, keep the insuance companies lobbyist given money, see wear a seat belt less chance for hospital bills, which are the most expensive, can ride a motorcycle WITHOUT a helmet tho, cause DEAD IS CHEAPER..Americans, they can care less about us, its all about the MONEY..Guarenteed , they made story cute, but them "CLASSES" ARENT FREE!!!!

This is bloody ridiculous! Why the hell isn't the mother ensuring her son wears his seat-belt?! Yeah,yeah,I know,someone will point out that her kid's got ADHD or some such crap.Fact is,parents are abdicating their responsibility & hauling their brats off to the doctor at the drop of a pacifyer/dummy.Solution,brat's on Ritalin & too doped up to listen to what mommy's saying! I have a friend who was killed BY her seatbelt.
This is supposed to be a free country. Free of compulsion from government. Free to do whatever so long as it hurts no one else. We should be able to make choices for ourselves and our children.
