the reason why you can hear it from a distance is because they also use the ships horns you know the big loud things on top not the speakers

I meant that the horn was part of the alarm.

I hate when that happens. Because I went on the Sensation the musterd drill was when we pulled out of port and the horn went off while we were in the fantasa lounge.

that bell is used to signal a emergency,its also used as in the video to alert all occupants on the ship that the muster drill is starting. it consists(w/ the electronic alarms and horn too)7 short blast followed by 1 long blast

your lucky the Liberty of the seas didn't do it's drill. or your camera's microphone would probably get damaged. Theres a video on you tube of the liberty of the seas muster drill. check it ou and you'lle see how loud it is.

I did video Liberty of the Seas doing her muster drill on the same day. They were side by side. It sounded like the big Daddy ship with Majesty being the little baby ship -Totally different muster drill sounds.

She looks like soleveign of the seas. I want to go on carnvial or royal caribbbean. it will be like carnival sensation and it will be fun but it will be 7night cruise and so will royal caribbean and i wont feel sad on the cruise because they own SOLEVEIGN OF THE SEAS and CARNIVAL OWNS SENSATION.

Royal Caribbean sold Sovereign of the Seas last Fall. But Majesty of the Seas and Monarch of the Seas are just like her only updated. They are way nicer than Sensation although the rooms are smaller. The rooms on the RCI ships are MUCH more efficient though with way better storage. The ships are easier to find your way around. And those 2 ships DO have bargain prices if you check them out. Coco Cay is a GREAT port stop, too. I've been there a whole bunch and never tire of it.
