To gregrutz: If it would have been but random molecular motion and struggle for survival that did develop every cell and every organ in a dinosaur, then at least every third evolutionary micro-step must have brought some increasing survival benefits all the way up. If we say that the whole development of for instance flagellum machine in a cell has a billion significant stages, which book solves the mystery of what concrete evolutionary purpose each of those billion stages did have?

The issue of evolutionary purpose not only on the level of dinosaurs, but also on micro-level, regarding each little step along those assumed interactive evolutionary processes which fom simple molecular structures did lead to more and more complex organs and organisms, that issue of evolutionary purpose is only one of those issues which to me are showing that the idea of macro-evolution is essentially based on mysteries.
