hi Lezettet, I love the methodical way you describe the procedures. you seem like a wonderful and patient lady indeed.

Also, My daughter is skinny and I wanted more of a shirt length, but didn't want to buy frannie baby since my older daughter is 2. Sooo, to get shirt length, I made a 1 instead of a 2! It saved me from having to buy both frannie and frannie baby just yet. I will eventually get "baby" too since I have a 2 m/o also! :-)

I could kiss you lady! I'm trying to finish my daughters "frannie" to send to a friend to applique for her birthday! The wording on the armholes was so confusing! The word "to" would have been important to include in the directions. "to stitch dress to lining at armholes:" would have saved my seam ripper from working overtime! This video helped me big time bc the Side B, side A mess had me pretty confused! Thank you soooo much! I was really surprised to find this video! :-)

thanks

Great video but how do you sew the neckline and shoulders? Should lining be sewn separately from outer garment when closing them?
I need the first steps PLEASE do a video on those since they are the first step.
Thank you!!!

@kalavandi00 Children's Corner Frannie number 238 is a simple example of that video technique, and very cute too.
