Siesta Key Drum Circle 8/23/09

The drum circle takes place on Siesta Key Public Beach, Sarasota, Florida. It starts about an hour (or two) before sundown, every Sunday. Bring a djembe, a drum, a cowbell, a shaker, a flute or anything that makes noise, and you are part of the entertaining team. Bring good mood, willingness to dance, desire to listen, or curiosity to witness the belly dancers, and you are part of the entertained audience. Embracing diversity. Everyone is welcomed to the Siesta key drum circle. It is the home of the African, Latin, Caribbean, Dance, Rock'n Roll (...you name it...) rhythm. No rules, just fun. That is why the Siesta key Drum Circle has grown to one of the largest in the country.
