@kiagrunt i mean no disrespect, but different agencies have different policies and the standard code 1, 2, 3, and 0 isnt so standard nationwide. but it is possible the officer in the video didnt do right by his agencies policy

@stealthman46 when they do that, it's either a quickly flashing white strobe, or an invisible infrared light - this one is using blue halogen flashers, which due to the yellowish color of halogen and incandescent lights, makes the light look green.

@RipFlm I've been in Law Enforcement for four years.. i was always taught to clear a crowded intersection code 3. Just sayin. Code 2 would be ideal for responding to say a breaking and entering in progress at night when your trying to sneak up on a crook.
