Plastic model to get facelift

A team of engineering students are revamping a computer model that simulates the flow of molten plastic.
Although the model, FlowSolve, is highly accurate, it is left out competed by rough simulations.
The three students from the University of Queensland want to expand the FlowSolve market by backing up the model with laboratory testing and modernising its interface.
