Its better than a "Toy" model but no serious piece of kit. My son is 6 and has one (Stock). A perfect beginners model. I went for the Traxxas Rustler VXL but it is twice the price! Enjoy ;o)

@monkeyslovebananas1 Well I cant believe you even had to think on that, this thing is based off a e 10 drift chassis it doesnt even have oil filled shocks, and its not even brushless

hpi sucks besides the savage and baja trucks..other wise traxxas and team associated are a lot better choices.
