Fast Sune/Anti-Sune Execution

NOTE: I made a tiny mistake in the video; I execute Anti-Sune as R U2 R' U' R U' R', the first U2 isn't U2'.
How to execute Sune (R U R' U R U2 R') and Anti-Sune (R U2' R' U' R U' R') fast. Sorry that the camera's in front of me, I know it's hard to interpret the fingertricks from that point of view.

EDIT: Here's what I'm doing:
SUNE:
R U R' U R U2 R'
breakdown:
R U R' = standard trigger
U = push U layer with left index (L sticker of LUB)
R U2 R' = standard trigger. U2 is done as a double trigger, with first the right index, and then the right middle.

ANTI-SUNE:
R U2 R' U' R U' R'
breakdown:
R U2 R' = standard trigger. U2 is a double trigger (right index, right middle)
U' R U' R' = first U' is done with the left index, second U' is done with the left middle.

Sorry this is so hard to figure out.

It sounds cool, but all you really see is the F face of my cube, since the webcam is around cube level. I heard some people tape their webcam onto their head to get a good overhead view.

It's the other way around; Sune is 0.3 - 0.4 (PB is 0.29), and Anti-Sune is 0.4 - 0.5 (not sure what my PB is).

He can do 0.4 for sune and 0.3 for anti-sune think
