BHO said during his presidential campaign in a speech in front of the SEIU himself that he worked from them in SEIU local 880 plus things like "track record [...] helping you [=SEIU] organize to build more and more power" and "we are going to paint the nation purple with SEIU". So no surprise that under his watch Boeing can't open a factory due to a union/NLRB blockade.
