Energy takes many forms: earth, fire, water, air and akasha (ether). We can see the effects and manifestations of pollution of the first four but we cannot see it for akasha. For example, we see the effects of water in the New Orleans floods. The Akasha is disturbed by our collective negativity. Countries that suffer from depression are an effect of collective negative energy in the akasha. If the akasha is polluted, the whole world is affected. Space is energy.
