People, please go and do a skin allergy test (prick test, etc). Then avoid these things that you are allergic to.

i have it, but taking a shower it what gives me the best relief. just put on some good moisturizing cream. i use "CeraVe" and it works for me

bi-weekly tanning helps my eczema. It's the UV rays that do it.

Me too! my Dermo recommended it and at first I resisted but eventually caved. Three times a week for me. Love the results.
