I know exactly what he's saying: "It is the sad duty of the Secretary of the Press of the President of the Nation to inform the people of the Republic that Eva Peron, Spiritual Leader of the Nation, died at 20:25 hours today." I believe it goes on to say that her body would be at her office at the Ministry of Labor building the following day. I'm not sure, but that's what I gathered. Thanks for uploading this.
