you should come aft cyclic first then lowe collective as neccesary and right pedal. so what do you do if you have a tailwind?!?! youre just going to allow the aircraft to hit the obstacle?!?! NEVER use absolutes.

Great videos. Thanks for the putting them up.

That's precisely what we do with radio controlled helicopters (that's called "idle up" setup). Not sure it would be useful on a real helicopter because of the risk of hitting the tail boom with the rotor blades.

i have an idea how about make a helicopter where half collective is no up pitch and up past half collective is positive pitch and down past half collective is negative pitch so that way you can hover a helicopter upside down by using negative pitch/down collective

@michaelmiller85 Cool! I'm usually not one to nitpick, but just at my low hours (15.2) that kinda' stuff would be in my mind ><
Really loving all your videos (:

Nice vid! Thanks for posting.
I love all of your videos !! :D
Just one teeeeny tiny point though! Would you let any of your students preform quickstops doors off with a loose article in the left seat? (where the TR blades are)
I usually hate all these "experts" on youtube - but I think this was an okay point :S

What loose stuff were you referring to? If it was the camera case, that was secured very well with the seat belt. Note taken.

I use the Canon ZR300 (which has the A/V input option), a sony bullet camera, and a splicer cable that I hook up where my headset plugs in, providing fully-synced audio.
