If you're looking for a P3, look on ebay now. I saw one for $420 with free shipping.

If anyone wants a set of these, there's a company that will sell you a complete kit: k5la train horns, new, with air compressor, air tank, all hoses and fittings, and a switch; not cheap, about $1500, but they're new with all the supplies you need. For slightly less, you can get the kit with a k3la instead.

I got them from my friend who works for the railroads. He buys them broken and rebuilds them.

They are all over on eBay- search "Nathan Horn" or "K3HA" and its on there. Typically around $450-$600.

How did you go about mounting the horn under your bed? I have a P3 that I'd like to mount under my Tacoma and I'm just interested in how you did it.

You will have to ditch your spare tire- no way around it- then take a 2x4 and mount your horn to that- then mount the 2x4 with the horn on it to your spare tire rack/holder thingy. This way is better: you can mount the horn, compressor, & tank together to a flat board, then attach it to your spare tire wind-in reel and raise and lower the whole thing just like a spare tire. That way makes it easy to service/work on and show off... A P3 is pretty tall, but it should work fine.
