and as far as using hands...well ther is quite a lot of tricks without in this documentary. they've got a nice slow-mo of jeff flipping off stairs and sticking the landing like a pro with no hands.

Hey Phillipk, As far as "shoe flippers" go on Youtube you are our best contender! You chose hands free and we respect that! My friends chose to do grabs. Also if you look close there are plenty of "hands free" tricks in my video. From Stair gaps to Toss Stall Stomp. As the director and editor of this film I am asking everyone to respect each others style and lets get along!
