Ray Sandford, 54 is being forced against his will to have electroshock also known as ECT, shock, and electroconvulsive therapy every Wednesday in Minnesota at the Mercy Hospital. Ray Sandford DOES NOT want electroshock
Sue Clark-Wittenberg is the director of the International Campaign to Ban Electroshock (ICBE) based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada ICBE website: icbe.wordpress.com. The ICBE demands that Governor Tim Pawlenty and Lt. Governor Carol Molnau of Minnesota stop the forced electroshocks of Ray Sandford immediately.
Sue Clark-Wittenberg is an electroshock (ECT) survivor and activist. Sue was damaged by ECT:
permanent memory loss and has difficulty learning new things.
The ICBE deems electroshock (ECT) to be unethical, inhumane, an atrocity, torture, and a crime against humanity.
Electroshock has been proven to cause brain damage 100% of the time.
