Lacrosse How to Cradle

In this video (one of the ten videos in the Lacrosse: Stick Skills series), MLL player Matt Ward demonstrates the basic lacrosse stick skill of cradling. Matt says that cradling is the most essential skill that young players need to learn and demonstrates every aspect of how to cradle, from finger tip control to proper hand position.
