I never filled out anything. the Census lady came and I said one single native American lives here, thats all you need to know ma'am. She said thank you and left no questions asked. boy now that you said it I got the IRS Bugging me for 5000 dollars. Ya think thats the fine?

It is WELL established LAW that a gubment agency CANNOT

FEE someone period. No, not even OSHA.

The IRS is LESS than a gubment agency, ergo a private company.

They are acting as a third party debt collector.

So what you saying is that you don't recognize the authority of the united states codes...so lets get rid of NASA, the CIA, NOAA, Federal Student Financial Aid just because it is not on the constitution....wow some hero you are....there go my colleges education and my future career prospects >.<

It obviously granted (ONLY) duties, obligations and limitations, let that sink in..........

James Madison was originally against a Bill of Rights since he observed the Constitution to have "No Material Defect", since the Constitution spelled out the duties, obligations, and limitations of the fed. Obviously he changed his position.

The POWER IS THE CONSTITUTION, get it?!

@pinsookmhs08 ...since when is it MY responsibility as a federal taxpayer to provide you with a college education or a career ....what part of the constitution can I find that in? apparently the public education you've gotten thus far is seriously lacking in teaching you just what is in the constitution... do yourself a favor and actually READ the document

Census is supposed to be taken every 10 years! Not every year. Now I'm hearing that they want to do it every month. I will only give the number of people in my household but nothing more!

@pinsookmhs08 Oh where to start, lets see NASA is used more for defence of our nation, we can keep that, NOAA helps prepare us for all kinds of weather problems such as hurricanes, we can keep that. CIA has been way more bad than good, we can get rid of that. Your studend loans. That is something that the private sector will be able to take care of. Minus the fact that Obama just screwed that up. But yeah, Federal money for student loans, we can get rid of that also.
