@GaryWayneBridges I'm a Chicago fan as far as I think there are some amazing talents who have come and gone, and still remain. I love Bill Champlin, as I mention, and Mr. Lamm. I think Scheff represents the beginning of the "Chicago Tribute Band" and losing Cetera was a tremendous blow. Champlin saved it for me (along with the horns of course) but when Danny was sacked Chicago transformed more into this current day Chicago - playing hotel bars & casinos.. that's their live act today :(

@ilovegoldenjade No, I'm not a performer... though I don't think that means I can't offer criticism. I apologize to those who took offense to my original comment, which I removed. It's just that I've seen both of these musicians perform this song SO much better than this particular session! Bill Champlin is amazing but I'm not into the post-Cetera Chicago. Cetera singing HHTB with his band is quite impressive live. I wish Champlin and Cetera would do a few shows together.

@electricblueboi So, you can be perfect, even on a "warm up" routine? you can sing 200 nights a year and not sound any different, well f@ck me, you are a musical god.

@electricblueboi I agree, as a big Chicago fan this post proves the following, Scheff in his pursuit of Cetera's pitch compromises on his articulation and as a result comes out garbled and Yuck..Bill..Bill..relax mate..the pitch variants from the studio version really suck..yes, a very poor vocal showing here..

can't understand why some morons making negatives comments about the singing abilities of scheff and champlin...u can't compare their talents from the day this video was recorded than it was 20 yrs ago....the reason why they're are not as good than before? think morons...the answer is simple...AGE!...even Cetera today can't as good as he was before..

@electricblueboi Well, see if you can contact Chicago's management and maybe they'll let you audition to join the band.
