  • It looks to me as if you're already using a seasoned vinegar?

    Do you have to season it since you're already using pre-seasoned rice vinegar with sugar and salt already in it?

  • @crossfitfleming Good eye!! :) Yes, seasoned rice vinigar is essentially the same thing that I made there. I was actually using a reused bottle that just had plain rice vinegar in it. I have used both and I actually do prefer to make it myself because it is easier to control the consistency, and also easier to steer towards the sweet or salty taste.
