A 5 Qt. Dutch Oven is the best vessel to deep fry in. A gallon of Safflower oil is sufficient.Prepping the fries. Making a batter for fish.

  • you dont cook much do you. well olive oil cannot be used to deep fry because it has too low of a smoke point. it cannot get the heat eeeded to crisp before smoking and burning and jhaving a bad taste. if you have to be more healthy use canola oil but penut is the best for fries but lard and shortning tate better

  • too much oil in food either way shows up on your skin as part sweat. that means pimples in warm weather.
