@Dizchick493 They skipped over a period of time between seasons 4 and 5. At some point during that time he had proposed to Peyton and she said no. Now, in season 5, he was engaged to a girl named Lindsay. Peyton moved back to Tree Hill and caused some trouble between them. Then came the wedding day. Luke said I do and then Lindsay said she couldn't marry him because she thought he still loved Peyton. I'm pretty sure that this clip is after the wedding and he's drunk.
