@CraigRidley1 Hi Craig. I fly an Aeros Discus 14C since three years and am quite satisfied with it. The Discus is quite similar to the WW U2, similar design and same the A frame (uprights and basebar, in fact a WW A frame). It's easy to handle and its performance is good enough for a non-competition pilot. However, I would not recommend it to a CP, who should better try the WW Sport 2 (at most).

in uk you do 5 days elementary pilot then club pilot for 5 days cp is club pilot. thanks for the info mate.

would you say a discus is a good choice of glider for someone who has just passed there cp? Also what is the build quality like? have been looking at the avian rio, the wills wing sport 2 and the discus. any info would be greatly appreciated thanks.

@callum22 Long story short - I crashed my first wing top landing the dale and have never been that comfortable with it since. have seen lots of bent wings on the dale ( and I'm a soft cock)
I have had the Discus for a year now and love it but it's taken me nearly as long to get the tuneing and handling to a point where I would be happy to give a top landing a go again, I'v landed my fun and sting 154 no worries on launch. look forward to seeing ya back here so ya can give us all a few tips

Hi Craig notsure what a CP rating is - I love the Discus -Aeros have done a great job with this wing, nice balance of energy and handling.
Think you would want a few hours under your belt before you went to a Discus but it's up to the individual.
