Frances Dingle does not care about the four lives she took while driving drunk and as soon as the court day was over those beautiful children where and are far from her mind. 22 - 25 years for four murders what the hell kind of sentence is that she will serve half this time and be out driving drunk again.. To the families my heart bleeds deeply for you all.
