The show in 92' and the show in 2008 look about the same, just quicker shooting in 08'. The more we think fireworks have progressed, the more they've actually stayed th same.

holding the camera still helps and the blimp and crowd wasn't necessary - focus works too. DC does a great show - been to it many times and you didn't do it justice - its a lot longer

I was stationed at Fort Myer and that's about where I was watching the fireworks from too.

We were about 200 feet n.e. of the Iwo Jima Memorial. Even that far away it was packed.

Sorry wiccan, but it was how long ago and I didnt have a tripod, YOUTUBE limits the video to 10 minutes or 100 megabytes if you have ahem "noticed".
