This scam has been going on for quite some time but STILL, people seem to be caught UNAWARE. Don't you be. Nothing is worse than people that can't except responsibility for their lack of irresponsibility. Personally, I think the Car Rental Agency's in Costa Rica should maybe police some of their own employee's, but that's just my opinion. CHECK OUT this video if you don't have the foggiest idea of what I'm talking about, double especially if you're renting a car during your visit to Costa Rica.

Probably because the drugs are basically legal in Costa Rica and making things ILLEGAL or ENFORCING laws always creates crime, black markets and gangs. So, they are very smart not to follow America's example and ruin their country. We've already seen the crime poverty will motivate people to commit, let alone encouraging it by enforcing stupid laws. But still, do you know the laws of bringing firearms in? Thanks

I AM TELLING YOU,DONT RENT CARS TO ROMANIANS.ALL ROMANIANS ARE GYPSY THIEVES.THEY EITHER DESTROY OR EVEN STEAL THE CARS..Rental cars get stolen from ROMANIANS all the time.

IN SOME CASES,Romanians put water instead of gas into the gas tank.Sometimes,they even replace some car parts with cheaper ones.

REMEMBER,DO NOT RENT CARS TO ROMANIANS..THEY ARE VERY STUPID,THEY CAUSE MANY CAR ACCIDENTS,THEY ARE FILTHY.IF A ROMANIAN DONT STEAL THE RENTAL CAR,YOU WILL HAVE TO CLEAN THE CAR.
