Actually they will do that much power all day long. I tested mine with a rise up to 5 ohms with less voltage then there and consistently got 1900w. Great daily amp.

you did something wrong. theres no way the stesom 2k5d does that much rms at close to 5 ohms....i feel like you didnt let it play enough to level out the ratings and give you an accurate reading
