Its defiantly not the worlds first, i'm pretty sure they had a few back at the turn of the century, but because of their limited range and power, no ones really adopted them till now.

Work on your "evolution" of the electric bike, by doing a little googling, then do the video..
The UM A2B bikes are good for what they were designed to do. Good choice.
