CTXVOAD

Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) is a coalition of nonprofit organizations that work together and shares resources and knowledge to ensure effective disaster response and recovery through cooperation, communication, coordination, and collaboration.

Members of VOAD provide a variety of services, which address the four phases of disaster: Preparation, Response, Recovery and Mitigation. Our goal is to combine our resources in effort to reduce duplication of services and maximize resources available to those affected by a disaster.

Thanks you Central Texas VOAD volunteers and organizations for your generous support in post Ike support efforts in providing for our refugees that went to Central Texas and those volunteers who responded to the Clear Lake, Galveston and Houston Area taking personal time to care for those in need.
