Perturbation is when a planets orbit becomes irregular because of an outside gravitational influence. This means that if something the mass of PX was in or near our solar system our orbit would have changed because of that additional gravitational influence. Earth would have moved outwards, with the peak of its orbit being the longest, making the year longer 365 days and the day longer than 24 hours. Obviously this has NOT happened.
