Strabismus surgery / Skelningsoperation - 1 month after, results and information

I was thinking of making videos about my surgery to show you and also to remind myself of how it looks and what the progress will be.

This is probably my last video about my surgery, it has now been a bit over a month since i had it and everything feels much better.
You can see the results for yourself and ill give you some information about my experience.

I'm pleased with how everything turned out!

I had my surgery to and i want to wait till my eyes heal 100%. But my question is can i smoke weed after that without it effecting or giving u a cross eye. My eyes were not as bad until i started smoking but surgery helped and im not sure how it will go since im only on my second week. Please answer me

@ThePETuniverse Smoking weed is bad for you, mmm'kay. You should worry about other things going wrong except your eyes.

@EmiLo1337 Thank you for information because I have similar problem with my eyes and I needed to know if it is worth it. So I think I will not risk any complication because it appears when I am tired or during reading or watching TV. But mostly it is same as your improved vision. I will probably try to change glasses. It is worse without it and I can say I see much worse than lets say 1 ago. So maybe there is the problem. By the way I am glad your operation was succesful.

@radar550 I had both before and still do a little now, but it's improved a lot since i had the surgery. Mostly comes out when I'm tired.

@Rebelnat2002 Hello, yeah i had a patch aswell but as i said in my videos i still needed a surgery at the age of 6, and yet another at 20. Le'ts hope it wont get worse again, but i dont think it will since the eyes doesnt adjust themself anymore after the age of 20.. I heard that you could have a kind of surgery when you were awake, but i only had the one when i was asleep. Sounds scary to be awake while they poke your eyes around..

I am 31 yrs old and have had a squint since birth. I had the patch and glasses when I was little, which seemed to work. But as I got older and after two babies and constant tiredness it got worse and now I have seen my Dr and he has referred me for the operation. The operation is called Adjustable suture where he operates like you has but then keeps an attachment to the muscles of the eye then whilst I am awake adjust my eye to suit! Did you have this procedure? Pls reply.
