Talking about the need for east-west rail, international hubs, key inter-urban corridors and travel-to-work routes, Paul discusses how further focus should be given to infastructure on all levels of government.

Addressing rail planning, open access rail, the Northern Hub and local schemes, Paul hopes that future rail transport policies will be evidence-based rather than politics based to help make rail effective and easy to use for all.
