@benbrown100 sorry dude was just fangirling or whatever its called about my athlete inspiration tim brabants, ive never even been in a kayak myself so could not even comment about the skills needed. I alsokinda get used to peole putting up videos even though its not them.. seeing its is yourself i can olny say much credit ttoo you. Looking at r ur profile pic ur preety ripped and thats what i want to get to too.
@BodomChildBreeder no worries and thanks ;) My only advice for getting ripped (not that I'm ripped) is don't eat sugar, train in the gym at least 3-4 times a week for a hour at a time, run 3-4 times a week for at least 30 mins and drink plenty of water! Good luck!
