ah the best way to cook there is nothing like cooking over hot campfire you get that wood smoke flavor that you cant get off a gas grill or in any restaurant and the rotisserie good method ill have to try this you should try if you haven't already getting some nice hot coals and some flat rocks and cook on thos there is something about cooking on a rock it just makes the meat so tender
