I see this happen ALLLL the time since I work for a bank. We have tons of customers come in and say "X" company did not give me back my money or did not give me what they said they would, etc. SO SORRY this happened to you, girl! It's a pain in the $%#@ to deal with. But guess what will cheer you up?? GLEEEEE!! wOOt!
