MMA H.E.A.T.'s Karyn Bryant talks with "Sons Of Anarchy" stars Kenny Johnson and Ron Perlman on the red carpet at the first-ever UFC on FOX show and gets their thoughts on why MMA is such an appealing sport. Speaking with Kenny first, Karyn hears how his own boxing training has helped him as an actor and she gets insight on one of the greatest TV shows ever, "The Shield." Ron then joins the conversation and talks about his love of boxing, his reluctance to do his own stunts and why "Sons Of Anarchy" has been a very positive experience in his acting career.

The UFC on FOX build up was too much for a minute four second fight. They should have showed Henderson\Guida, that would have won non-MMA fans over!

Karyn, after the whole Depeche Mode (favourite band) quote-a-thon on the Josh Barnett video and now with the heavy discussion of The Shield (not to mention Sons of Anarchy is my favourite show), I can safely say two things. 1) You're a person of incredibly good tastes, and 2) My respect for you has gone off the charts.
You and Wade make an incredible duo/team/couple; MMA H.E.A.T. continues to be the best in my eyes. Kudos to both of you on what you've achieved.
