Their language is much more positive than what was used just a couple of years ago. I didn't expect to hear them admit so many mistakes.

Just to say language is not the only thing that is evolving and at present I do not have a current photo of myself. I am trying to get around to this and will put one on facebook as soon as I have it.

There is a massive amount of miscarriages of justice - I am sure children would sing from the rooftops if they were allowed. It is cruel to pretend it has anything to do with protecting them.

stop throwing out the smoke screen of opening the family courts - children are been abducted by the state for 'forced adoptions'

Judgfes are in contempt of Court for NOT doing their job and making social workers and Councils accountable.

This is why families are fleeing this country

I would also like to add to this comment , I do not think the courts will have the public confidence ever again .
The media have to go in and not just those carefully selected by the courts , and working for the courts. It will be just like the bogus DFS bogus reports & surveys which are rushed through . How do people know it was really children who took part .

In many cases just to clarify, many children are taken from there parents when professionals feel it is likely, abuse will occur in the future, crystal ball mentality.How can one base a childs whole future on predictive hunches? Cafcass for example are known to misrepresent the childs wishes in court. How does a parent prove this is the case ? Many parents collate stacks of evidence but that is of no consequence. If a s/worker or xpert witness says the sky is green. Then the sky is green,

|Kip , I did not make my last comments very clear; women are talking about their cases faster that the ink is dry on these judgement's Judge Plumstead has been brutal to some mother without any justification.
Also Harriet Harman has not done us any favours in the past except gone quiet on the subject of OPENING UP the COURTS.
Who do these judges think they are kidding ? we all know they are not using the law how it is meant to be used.
We can not prove this due to gagging orders.
