That smell the person reported could be ozone, it's sometimes smelt with lighting strikes though I don't think haarp operates on large electric bolts( it uses radio waves if I'm corect) but the amount energy used could create some ozone. That could smell could be an indicator of haarp based attacks

HAARP was not the cause of this your just creating propaganda. Those dolphins were exposed to toxic waste. Explain to me in scientific terms how HAARP could do this.
