@XBoeingCapt There was definitely reverse thrust there. The 35 has a distinct sound when they stow, and you can hear it in this video. And heck yeah, I bet a 727 could! Those things were beasts!

Music ..........cut it out.....

thats pretty cool man!
-
just brakes? I didn't hear any reverse thrust; I could do that in a B727 but need max reverse.
-
WOW... That was in a Lear? Nice.
-
@ROCKSTARCRANE not realy if all else fails most 35's have drag chutes, and some reverse thrust
-
Wow, nice!

to some of the previous comments its not irresponsible (this is only 1 video) and if you don't train and stay current for the unexpected you may not survive a situation that could arise
-
@leokov I get nervous doing this in one of panorama's 172s
kilo is always a win

Just a hair over 1600ft? Some guys can barely do that in a 172. lol

Irresponsible? Yeah.... To be the best, you have to challenge yourself. And i'm sure this guy could put that lear down just about anywhere in an emergency. Nice flying. I see guys getting sweaty palms going into 2,000 foot strips in their skylane. Now thats irresponsible. And dangerous.
