@ShamRock1938 Well after being seen jolting around, shaking, convulsing.. even some of the faces someone having a seizure pull, kids who see that would no doubt pick on them for looking "retarded".

Kids who have mental disabilities almost always get picked on in school, so if there was at least one time a bullying kid would see that, it's gonna make the victim have a inferior point.

I dunno about what time and what school you went to, but that's what I know about mean kids of today.

I use to have short seizures every once in a while three times in school. But I can remember everybody was shocked and didnt know how to react my cousin came running and made a angry announcement to everyone saying "if anyone takes the piss al beat you all up" (pardon my french) everybody in my high school were respectful. Make sure you take sodium valporate and lamotrigine ask your doctor

@35maz I also have epilepsy and it was hard for me to go through school with that. But the best way to go about it is to turn the other cheek and doent let it bother you. I know bullies can be mean but just doent let them get to you thats what gets you the most. People like that it always comes back to haunt them in the end.

totally possible to have epilepsy without jerking lying on the floor.

there are many different types of epileptic seizures that dont involve that at all, check online.

there are many, varied signs that some sort of seizure may be coming on, most commonly referred to as an aura, which is basically a pre-seizure sensation.

a weird smell, a halo around lights, hearing a voice, those are most common.

overall disorientation basically.

i have grand mal seizures, and i cant talk before they happen
