Go to http://ggpo.net to learn more about the program. In short, you can play certain ROMs such as Marvel vs Capcom, X-Men vs. Street Fighter, and more against other opponents across the world.

I am not at liberty to tell you how to find or acquire these ROMs. How you go about finding your ROMs is up to you. Note: This program nor this video is meant to encourage piracy of any sort. This is not the main intention.
